If our Services allow you to submit, post, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting User Content, you grant GEWUX a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEWUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
You may stop using our Services at any time. If you have an account, you may delete it through the app settings or by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
